Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange/return policy:  you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and exchange/return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, please visit this site. Clearly label the ORDER #, swimmer's name and group, so parent volunteers can know how to handle your return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as swimsuits that have been worn / used, cannot be returned.

 

Refunds
If your returns are accepted, you will be notified of your return. If you do not receive an email regarding your refund within 30 days, please contact altoapparelcoordinator@gmail.com.
