Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy:  you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, please visit this site. Clearly label the ORDER #, swimmer's name and group, so parent volunteers can know how to handle your return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

No Refunds
We will not accept exchange requests for items that cannot be re-shelved / given to the next swimmer. Please do not order multiple sizes for trying-on as no refunds will be given.
