Order Retrieval / Exchange
When (some or all) items in the order are packed with the swimmer name, they are aggregated into a container for coaches to transport to the practice site. This could take several days. Please remind your swimmer to inquire with the coach after practice, especially if they were absent on a day when the coach distributed apparel orders. Parents do NOT pick-up orders in-person.
To Initiate a return/exchange, place the items in their original packaging with tags intact, and attach a note with the following:
Please have your swimmer bring the item(s) to practice, and deposit it in an apparel "service bin" (or give to a coach). Once parent volunteers take receipt of your returned items, they will pack the replacement items if available. Your swimmer can retrieve the new bundle the same way as a regular purchase - via the coaches, from the apparel bin, after practice, with your swimmer's name on it.
