Order Retrieval / Exchange
All sales are final. No refunds will be given. We allow ONE EXCHANGE SERVICE PER ORDER within 30 days of receipt. Please aggregate all items you'd like to exchange instead of sending them piecemeal. Thanks for your for understanding and cooperation.
When items in the order - full or partial depending on availability - are packed with the swimmer name, they are either handed directly to the coaches, or transferred to Alto's office for coaches to retrieve and distribute at the practice sites. This could take several days. Please remind your swimmer to inquire with the coach after practice, especially if they were absent on a day when the coach distributed apparel orders. Parents do NOT pick-up orders in-person.
To Initiate an exchange, place the items in their original packaging with tags intact, and attach a note with the following:
Please have your swimmer bring the item(s) to practice, and ask your coach to help relay the item(s) to Apparel. Once parent volunteers take receipt of your returned items, they will pack the replacement items if available. Alto reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the item cannot be restocked. Your swimmer can retrieve the new bundle the same way as a regular purchase - via the coaches, maybe set aside in a display area, after practice, with your swimmer's name on it.
